My husband and I love Veal!  There are so many ways to prepare including this simple yet amazing way.  Here is the recipe for this Grilled Veal Loin Chop with Herbs and Garlic and just click on the recipe name for the link to print Enjoy!

Grilled Veal Loin Chop with Herbs and Garlic

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 veal loin chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasonings. dried
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (fresh or dried)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay veal loin chops on a platter.  Generously drizzle both sides with olive oil.  (2 tablespoons per veal loin chop)

  2. In a small bowl add salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, rosemary and garlic.  Mix together then rub both sides of the veal to coat evenly.  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.  

  3. Remove veal from refrigerator and bring to room temperature while heating your grill to a medium-high heat.  

  4. Take the loin chops with tongs and place on the middle of the grill.  Grill each side for 3 minutes. (only flip once).

  5. Enjoy these delicious veal chops with my sweet potato cake and your favorite sautéed vegetables.
